Strategic location and near shopping areas.

over all i stayed this hotel many times, almost every time this is my first preference. the only thing i request them is pls try to revise check in time....or try to accommodate early check in. If possible increase little more options for vegeterian food in breakfast.

Good location. Nearby shops. Variety of options at breakfast. Clean rooms.

Smell of smoke at corridors and inside the room.

Although the location was far from everywhere else in Jakarta but my main purpose for this trip was to be close to Jakarta International Expo, which was only a 5 minutes drive away. Also the 24/7 indomart right across the stress was really convenient. Staff were really helpful and proactive, requested for room service at late evenings and whenever I come back, it was always restored and cleaned. I also lost a really valuable and important item on my way to the lobby and the staff kept it for me.

The internet service is so bad and one lift is always occupied which makes it very slow, as there are only 2 lifts available.
