Rooms are big and clean. Linens are excellent and hotel quality. Massive and delicious breakfast. Staff are all friendly and helpful. This hotel is a year old newly refurbished . Special shout out to April (GRO), Ais, Octa and Purti. The girl that manages the fruit section. Very generous servings of fresh fruit. Thus hotel is highly recommended and I will stay here again.

朝食を期待していたが、普通だった 特にスイートがおいしくなかった

I’m honestly quite disappointed with the spa experience during my stay. The massage itself wasn’t good no proper aromatherapy, the oil wasn’t suitable, and the therapist didn’t seem skilled.What really made us uncomfortable was that the therapist openly offered “extra services” (a happy ending) to me and my friends. It felt very inappropriate and unprofessional.We reported it right away and appreciate that the manager refunded us and apologised. But the issue isn’t about the refund it’s about professionalism and whether this kind of thing is normal there. I hope this is properly looked into so it doesn’t happen to other guests.
