About this house rental
Superbly situated 1km from the local beach and 3km from the busy resort of Les Sables D'Olonne this house is ideal for a family holiday. Based is on a quiet, no through road, directly on a cycle path with a perimeter fence all round which makes it totally safe for children. The house itself consists of one double bedroom and two twin rooms. It boasts a kitchen, utility room with washing machine, living/dining room with TV, DVD, bathroom, 2 toilets and a patio complete with barbecue and table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a large double garage, with additional fridge and parking for 3 cars on the driveway.

A quiet property backing onto "les salines" where you could walk out to from the house.
The house was ideally located for a visit into Sables and day trips to the fantastic Atlantic beaches especially at Plage de Sauveterre. There are 3 large supermarkets within a 5 minute drive.
The house is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. An improvement could be the installation of WiFi.
We enjoyed our breakfast in the back courtyard every morning along with hundreds of shallows soaring overhead.
Communication with the owner was easy and they provided a very comprehensive welcome itinerary....

Agréable location, spacieuse et literie confortable. Prévoir les vélos pour se balader aux alentours, découvrir les marais ou se rendre à la plage. La terrasse à l’arrière a été très appréciée.
Petit bémol, un lave-vaisselle serait le bienvenu…

La maison était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée ce qui est un très bon point.
Le lieu quand à lui est passable surtout avec le mauvais temps les activités étaient plus que réduites…
Le manque d’un lave lave vaisselle commence à se faire sentir surtout lorsqu’il y à 5 occupants…
La maison était très humide.
Nous avons du écourter notre séjour d’une semaine, vu que pour occuper les journées les idées étaient à cour.
Je pense que lorsque le temps si prête et en choisissant une semaine plus tôt que deux cela aurait été beaucoup mieux.
