Nice house of 100m2 with open kitchen, large living room with dining room and living room (sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 with TV), 1 bathroom with corner bath and 1 large fenced garden with swings, boules pitch, terrace, barbecue and large grassy areas. For long walks to share with the family, you can also discover the coast light bicycle, bike paths are accessible 50m (Vendeevelo). The large beach of Les Sables is 4.5km, 1 large shopping center 1km, golf, bowling, cinema 4km, canoeing, equestrian center and karting within 10 km.
The front of the house is a common entrance to 1 attached studio, rear garden privatized to rent the house not overlooked and fenced.
Bed and bath linen are optional on request.

We had a very pleasant stay in Les Sables d'Olonnes. All facilities are in the close neighborhood. The communication with the caretaker was perfect. The equipment of the house is great. It is a great place to start exploring the region.

A notre arrivée les volets étaient fermés d où pas aéré.La hotte n'était pas fonctionnel .On nous demande 30 euros pour l'entretien quotidien c peu mais qd on est arrivé il y avait bcp de poussières, la salle de bain et la cuisine é tait loin d'en nickel.Mon conjoint a du faire de la plomberie dans la salle de bain, pas assez de luminosité. LE matelas d'une chambre est à revoir car matelas mousse.
A revoir sur la la norme de sécurité. ..au niveau électricité
Sinon belle maison de location, agréable à vivre. Dommage pour le reste...
Pour nos chiens c'était super, bien entouré.
Très belle vue sur le jardin et très calme.
Pas loin de tout.
Si tout se corrige c est une location à recommander et pas cher .
