Our 100m2 family home offers you peace and quiet. It is located 500m from the town centre of Château d'Olonne, where you will find a bakery and a food market, on Wednesdays and Sundays.
3 km from the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne, the beach, the embankment, the port Olona (Vendée Globe) accessible by bike by cycle paths or by bus.

Rate:
-900 euros per week in July and August.
-120 euros per night out of season

- Bedroom 3: a bed 120x190, 2 bunk beds 90x190, a storage unit, 1 cot, a chair. - In all rooms, blankets, pillows - Linen not provided (sheets and towels)
- A kitchen, you will find, a fridge-freezer, a gas stove, a dishwasher, a hood, a microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a sideboard including crockery and kitchen equipment, a pine table and two benches, two chairs.
- A scullery with access to the large terrace, including a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a round table, a table football.
