Located on the edge of the national forest of Olonne, at the foot of cycle paths and pedestrian paths, a few steps from the Ocean, this 92 m² house will welcome you, in a residence of 24 pavilions, with a swimming pool.
The long Sauveterre beach is only 1 km through the forest.
Free shuttle to the beach 100 m from the residence in July / August.
Over 100 km of cycle paths from the residence; forget your car and take the tracks and hiking trails safely for walks between forest, dunes and beaches ... on foot, by bike, or even on horseback (equestrian club at 500 m).

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison agréable, très bien située : balade en vélo, plage à proximité.
La maison située dans une résidence privée est très calme et l'accueil par les propriétaire à été très simple et chaleureux. Nous recommandons sérieusement cette location.

Located right at the end of the pleasant road that leads directly to Plage Sauveterre, this cute duplex house offers a lot for a family: A friendly community, a large communal field with a beautiful tree for kids to climb, a pool just steps from the front door, a fenced-in garden with grill and table, and a generous internal layout that meant there was always a place to play, sleep and shower. Annick and Alain were remarkably kind, even offering up some food from their own storage when we arrived after a very long road trip. They've equipped their house with better-than-rental supplies, with happy colors and excellent maintenance. A bike route is literally next to the entrance, and the free bus to the beach just a minute's walk. We were very pleased with our hosts and with our stay!
