This fully furnished luxurious villa is located right on a sandy beach in Diliso, just a few kilometres from Nea Styra in South Evia, in tropical surroundings, easily accessible from Athens. It is only a 50 minute drive from the Athens Airport Elefterios Venizelou to the port of Agia Marina, and then a 40 minute ferry ride to the village of Nea Styra.
The villa is 10 minutes by car from Nea Styra.
All essentials are available in Nea Styra. There are several small supermarkets, grocery stores, butcher shops and 2 bakeries.
A big variety of tavernas (fish and meat) can be found offering fresh and inexpensive local dishes.
Although the beach in front of the house is magical, South Evia has many beautiful beaches to explore and is ideal for daily excursions.

If your dream vacation is spending the whole day on a beach and swimming in clear blue waters, if you are a nature lover, and enjoy relaxing, this is the place to be. What a beautiful villa! We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. We will be back 😀

We didn’t want to leave! Great house, great location! The beach, the gardens, the sea, the sunsets on top of our wonderful host Maria, the most responsive owner we have ever had!! We couldn’t have asked for more!!

Amazing house and location with very quiet, safe beach. Owners extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Some food provided so we didn’t need to worry for a few days. Great directions as house is 10-15 minutes off the main road.
Would highly recommend staying here.
