Tri level, constructed in 2020 contemporary bio-climate designed villa, private pool, 6 individually bedrooms (4 master BR, 2BR), 5 bathrooms, 1 half bath, large Aegean view balconies and a private garage, 230 meters from the sea, 1 hour from Athens City Center.

We went as a family group with kids. The villa was the perfect size with many rooms having several sleeping options. The pool was exactly what the kids needed and the outdoor area was amazing for us grown-ups to enjoy sunbathing and eating late dinners. The view from all parts of the villa was breathtaking, we never got bored of the view.
We made some amazing memories as a family, and this villa was part of making it so memorable and perfect!

The villa is a little secluded (you will need a car) but the view of the bay is outstanding, the villa had everything and this part of Greece is very authentic with few inernational tourists. The area wins with exploration with beautifull beaches, small beachclubs and tavernas. A boat trip out of Marathona beach is highly recommended.

We can not thank our host enough! From prompt communication, to meeting us upon arrival she was very accommodating. She supplied us with everything we could need and more! Tons of supplies for our baby, recommendations for restaurants and the property manager kept everything looking clean and tidy every morning. The villa was big enough for our family of 8 and the views were breath taking. Highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Greece!
