This fully furnished luxurious villa is located right on a sandy beach in Diliso, just a few kilometres from Nea Styra in South Evia, in tropical surroundings, easily accessible from Athens. It is only a 50 minute drive from the Athens Airport Elefterios Venizelou to the port of Agia Marina, and then a 40 minute ferry ride to the village of Nea Styra.
The villa is 10 minutes by car from Nea Styra.
All essentials are available in Nea Styra. There are several small supermarkets, grocery stores, butcher shops and 2 bakeries.
A big variety of tavernas (fish and meat) can be found offering fresh and inexpensive local dishes.
Although the beach in front of the house is magical, South Evia has many beautiful beaches to explore and is ideal for daily excursions.
An ideal location location for family holidays. Possible to commute to Athens for a day of sightseeing. If your dream vacation is spending the whole day on a beach and swimming in clear blue waters, if you are a nature lover, and enjoy relaxing, this is the place to be. What a beautiful villa! We were a family of 7 adults, 3 teenagers and a 19 month old toddler, we all loved our stay it was so relaxing and fantastic being so close to the beach, BBQ’s and wonderful to have an authentic Greek meal cooked for us two nights from a recommendation from Maissa. We will be back 😀

We didn’t want to leave! Great house, great location! The beach, the gardens, the sea, the sunsets on top of our wonderful host Maria, the most responsive owner we have ever had!! We couldn’t have asked for more!!

Amazing house and location with very quiet, safe beach. Owners extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. Some food provided so we didn’t need to worry for a few days. Great directions as house is 10-15 minutes off the main road.
Would highly recommend staying here.

The villa is large and airy, on 3 floors, for us good as family could be v separate with little ones. The sea view is amazing from all rooms. But the crown is the garden and beach. The walk thru garden to beach past rosemary hedges, olive trees, lemon trees, cactus, under a flowering arbour past a shuttlecock net/court to a second sitting area with bbq (not summer) and beach storage to a shallow sandy beach with parasol and beach chairs is heavenly. Sea perfect for little ones & the 5 & 3yr olds swimming greatly improved in confidence. There are kids beach toys in box and we left some more. And so uncrowded its bliss.
The house also has a large outdoor eating area with fan, the bbq is huge & a second outside sitting area nearby. More toddler toys there and a toy box in sitting room. TV worked well when kids needed a quieten-down cool-down period. (It was extremely hot weather for our visit!). Amazing lower floor games room with table football, pool table, board games etc.
The owners are super helpful, answering all our questions, giving advice on WhatsApp whenever needed (from taxis to supermarkets) making the experience all the easier. The local town is convenient, has a few supermarkets, people v friendly (gave the 5yr old a gift on birthday) and helpful, beachside restaurant etc. Place to eat fish as weirdly cannot buy!
In summary this is perfect for anyone, particularly families, looking for a peaceful villa-style holiday.
