About this villa rental
In the village of Brzac, on the island of Krk, is this new modern villa with private pool. The villa has 180 m2, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
On the ground floor there is a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), a bathroom and a room with a double bed
The internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom. Two rooms have access to a terrace with a sitting area that offers beautiful sea views.
The central part of the garden is by the pool and by the pool there are six sun loungers, a covered terrace with sitting area and a large barbecue.
The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful environment, 2 km from the beach and has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The beach has a restaurant, a cafe bar, and an infinity pool.
The nearest restaurant and shop is 1.5 kilometers away.
From the villa you can explore the entire island, as all places on the island of Krk are 10-25 minutes away by car. The island of Krk is known for its crystal clear sea, cycling routes, good food and wines, historic sights and is an excellent choice for all the nature lovers and tourist attractions that this island offers.
The small village of Brzac, where Villa Oleandar is located, is ideal for those who want to escape the stresses of everyday life and stress. Town Krk has beautiful old churches, city walls, towers and remains of the ancient Romans, Vrbnik is famous for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat has the largest marina on the Adriatic, the island Kosljun, has the famous Franciscan monastery and museum, Baška has one of the Soline Bay has healthy mud and cave Biserujka. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties, book fishing trips and tourist boats and take a submarine cruise

We had a wonderful and relaxing week. Mrs Lidija gave us a warm and very friendly welcome. Thank you so much once again!The house was everything we dreamed of. It was extremely well equipped for a holiday home, the only thing we missed was a salad servers, but that's complaining on a very high level. The neighbourhood was very calm, and the house itself and the garden / pool area were very clean. We enjoyed every meal outside under the sun roof and had a refreshing swim or two (or three) in the pool. Gladly again at any time. Thank you very much for a pleasant time

Excellent stay, nice and cosy around the pool. Modern interior, perhaps only missing a few accessories in the kitchen but nothing that can’t be fixed in a day. Not far from beautiful coves, walking distance. Beautiful view from the rooms on first floor, directly with the see. Would definitely stay again here.

Wir - zwei Familien- hatten hier in der Villa Oleander einen schönen Urlaub verbracht . Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet , sehr netter Besitzer , guter service , da immer erreichbar .das Haus liegt ruhig und ländlich , trotzdem gibt es eine gute Gaststätte in der Nähe und ein kleiner Markt . Die Stadt Krk ist sehr gut erreichbar . Wir Erwachsenen und vor allem die Kinder hatten viel Spaß am privatem Pool . Alles im Haus und Garten ist sauber und gemütlich, perfekt für 8 Personen :)
