About this house rental
Beautiful, newly built holiday house, fully equipped with the most modern furniture and aircondions in all rooms. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room and kitchen, spread over two floors. It is a semi-detached house, each part is designed for 8 persons. Each part of the house has its own pool, parking, terrace and balconies so intimacy is guaranteed. This house is an ideal choice for families with children or couples who want to spend a beautiful summer vacation on the island of Krk! Pets are welcome! The pool is open 15.04.-15.10.
LinardiciLinardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.Tourism in LinardiciAs the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.

Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

We stay with 9 Persons in the Villa for two weeks. We have enough place to be. The rooms was clean an the bathrooms were also clean and we had enough place. Every room has a bathroom, that ist great.
The pool was very clean and the kids had much fun. The kitchen has all kind of things do you need to cook, also many glasses and plates. The best in the hot summer were the to refrigerators, so you had enough place for cold drinks and the rest you need cold.
We enjoyed our vacation in the villa, it is all around a beautiful house with all you need! Thanks for all.

It was only one thing that dissappointed us a little bit.
At our arriving we habe to pay 500 Euro saftey Money. This is totally fine but we wish that we had known this before. It was a little struggle for us to organize this mount of Money at this short time.
But the Rest was still perfekt for us

the house was clean, well equipped, nice outdoor area around the pool with a barbecue.
there are several beautiful beaches and towns nearby worth seeing, only a 10-15 minute drive away
