About this house rental
Beautiful, newly built holiday house in Linardići for 8 persons. Guests have at their disposal four bedrooms, four en-suite bathrooms, living room, kitchen and guest toilet. Also, the house has a private heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, barbecue and a large terrace. The house is fully equipped and very modernly decorated - it is an ideal choice for all those who want to spend a wonderful vacation on the island of Krk.
Linardici
Linardici is a place situated in the western part of the island, in the interior, only 2 km above the bays of Vela and Mala Jana.
The village was established in the 15th century when Prince Frankopan settled that part of the island. Today in Linardici live about 138 inhabitants who are mostly engaged in agriculture, olive growing, and more recently tourism.
Tourism in Linardici
As the tourism is a branch of recent origin, Linardici doesn't have hotels or camps on it's disposal, but has available private accommodation, apartments and rooms in private houses and villas with swimming pool, which are on disposal in summer and winter months.
Apartments mostly have a beautiful view and the channel between the island of Krk and Cres. The beaches are mostly pebbled and rocky surrounded by greenery.
In Linardici and surrounding places are also restaurants with excellent local food.
Near Linardici is a place Glavotok where you can visit the Franciscan Monastery and the protected forest reserve but also church of St. Krsevan near Milohnici.
The ferry port Valbiska, which connects the island of Krk with islands of Cres and Rab is 3 km away from Linardici so, for those who spend vacation here, day trips to neighbouring islands are unavoidable.
For all those who are looking the vacation in a quiet environment, Linardici is the ideal destination, especially for families with children.

Various coves invite you to swim. Among other things, there is a beautiful lake cave. Vela Jana is deeply carved bays with a small harbor and promenade. The bay south of it is called Mala Jana. The road from the villages of Linardići and Brzac is somewhat narrow and steep therefore not suitable for trailers.

IT was perfect!

Die Villa war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Nur ein paar Bauarbeiten an den umliegenden Häusern haben etwas gestört, aber wir waren auch in der Nebensaison hier. Alles in allem aber wunderschön.

Wir haben das Haus zu 8. für einen Aufenthalt über 7 Tage gemietet.
Freundlicherweise durften wir das Haus bereits vor der offiziellen Check in Zeit beziehen. Wir haben eine kurze Führung durchs Haus bekommen, damit wir wissen, wo alles zu finden ist. Das Haus war ordentlich und alle Zimmer entsprachen den Abbildungen auf Airbnb. Handtücher wurden großzügig für jedes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Ansprechperson war bei Rückfragen sofort erreichbar. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus mit jeder Menge Comfort. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Villa ist wirklich genau so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und super Empfehlungswert, mit Blick aufs Meer. Uns wurden auch sehr viele putzutensilien zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles in allem: wir würden immer wieder kommen :)
