About this house rental
The townhouse is stylishly appointed throughout and is a superb holiday home ideally suited to couples and families looking for 5 star accommodation. There are 2 floors comprising, lounge/dining room, ground floor shower room, fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry with washing machine, master bedroom with double bed and en-suite, twin bedded room with en-suite both with built in wardrobes, storage facilities and balcony.
Rear terrace and front terrace furnished with 2 very comfortable chaise longues and table provide private seating and relaxing facilities. Underfloor heating throughout, gas-fire, double-glazed windows with mosquito nets and electric shutters are installed. There is a 32 inch Plasma TV with integrated free-sat and DVD player in the lounge, and CD player in the kitchen.
The owners have created a special holiday home of high quality which they will use themselves and make their home available for guests to enjoy.
Further details outdoors: Front terrace with two very comfortable chaise lounges and low level table.
Rear terrace with four folding chairs (in outside storage unit).
The property is sited within the beautifully landscaped Quinta da Boa Nova development with lawn areas, gardens and pathways all well established.
Large communal swimming pool with changing and shower facilities, ample sun bathing space with sun-loungers and umbrellas provided. Pool-side terrace bar serves food and beverage throughout the day.
Tennis courts are available free of charge.
General: The property is managed by an on-site management team. They are available to provide advice and guidance and attend to any problems encountered.
Changeover day is normally Saturday, check-in time 14.00 hrs and check-out time 10.00 hrs.
Welcome packs can be arranged at additional cost.
The property will be fully cleaned prior to arrival. Additional cleaning can be arranged at additional cost.
All towels including beach towels will be provided.

We recently stayed in the townhouse for 9 nights. We and our kids, aged 10 and 12 years enjoyed the swimming pool as well as the tennis fields as they are fanatic tennis players. The house is well located in the environment of Ferragudo, Carvoeiro, Portimao and we could visit a lot of places & beaches from there. We also recommend the local restaurant at Boa Nova (Belgian Carla and Marc) and we enjoyed the company of their Belgian friends that came to visit them. We would really recommend this luxury townhouse to others! Belgian family

Having just returned from our 10 day stay at Boa Nova we can only echo all the praise and comments made by previous reviewers.
The house was excellent and accommodated us and our two children of 4 and 6 very well indeed. A daily visit to the pool (there is a children’s pool and adults’ pool) was an absolute must for our two daughters despite the fact beautiful beaches were on the doorstep. Boa Nova is a peaceful haven, set in pretty gardens, to relax in or to return to after a day exploring the coast-line resorts or having fun at the Splash and Slide waterpark or the Zoomarine. The kitchen is well-equipped for those wishing to cater for themselves however there are ample, child-friendly restaurants offering good food (highly rated on TripAdvisor) nearby which we enjoyed frequenting during our stay.
We hired a car and visited a number of resorts nearby with the furthest no more than a 45 minute journey away.
The owners were efficient in the manner in which they administered our stay at Boa Nova and we would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful home and resort.

We had a wonderful holiday at Boa Nova. So much so that we have already booked for next summer!
The townhouse was great - spacious and modern, furnished to a very high standard and very well equipped. The owners seem to have thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. The swimming pool is a moment's stroll from the townhouse and we never had a problem finding sunbeds and umbrellas.
On arrival, we were met by Jeremy, the resort's owner, who showed us around and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
In our view, a car is a must - there is a good choice of restaurants in nearby Sesmarias, Ferragudo and Monte Carvoeiro - all a short drive; and the nearest beach is Caneiros, a mile or so away. There is a small supermarket in Sesmarias and a hypermarket outside Carvoeiro.
The children loved their "holiday house", and so did we! Highly recommended.

Great house,fully equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday.The terrace at the front of the house is a comfortable spot for shading from the lunchtime sun.Super pool complex,a few steps away with yummy food served at the bar.The owners are very friendly and always on hand if required.
Huge amount of eating places for evening but must have a car.
