About this house rental
Stay in the famous Royal Greenwich, near '0 meridian' and Greenwich Park in this recently refurbished Victorian 19th century London townhouse with a private garden & free parking, only 5 mins walk from the train station with trains getting you to Central London in 20-25 mins.
This house was designed by a professional architect and every room and bathroom features a unique theme inspired by the owner's extensive travels.
There are 3 large double bedrooms + 3 bathrooms (2 en-suites+ family bathroom), brand new eat-in kitchen with all appliances, smart TV and seating up to 9 guests, living room another TV set, Netflix and Dolby surround system.
The house is a short bus ride from The O2 concert venue with a huge choice of restaurants, as well as Greenwich park and Greenwich village for its markets, museums and pubs on the river.
Great connections within London:
- Central London (Trafalgar Square, Covent Garden, Strand): 30 mins total, 5 min walk to Westcombe park station + 25 min train (change at London Bridge station)
- City of London (The Shard, Tower, HMS Belfast, St. Paul's): 25 mins total, 5 min walk to Westcombe park station + 20 min train to Cannon Street or London Bridge stations.
- "The O2" (Concert Venue): 10 mins by bus
- Canary Wharf: 15 mins by bus+Tube or 20 mins by train+DLR

This was our last stop in a 2 plus week trip in Europe and it was a much needed, very nice place to stay. We were traveling with our 4 children (ages 10 up to 18) and by this time in our trip we really needed a little space as we'd been staying in smaller places and all 6 of us sharing one bathroom. When we arrived in Greenwich the kids spread out in the house and felt at home. My oldest wanted to know if we could just live there :)
The home was sparkling clean and very tastefully decorated. The photos here don't do it justice. We had plenty of linens and dishes as well as a nice washer and separate dryer. This was also the best shower I'd had in 2 weeks! Having 3 bathrooms cut way down on the time it took everyone to get ready.
The area was very walkable and close to public transit, and had lots of good restaurants and grocery shops close by.
We're already planning to visit again next year, but maybe not with all of our kids ;)

Our group of 8 were very enjoy stay t Konstatin's house. The place is clean and easy check in. I will book to stay this property if I come back to London.

Spacious and cozy rooms. Fully equipped kitchen but will be good to have bigger pots and pans to accommodate a big group of 8 like us. Unfortunately the sofa bed in one of the room was spoilt and 2 of us had to make do with it by using a heavy luggage to press on it throughout so that the bed doesn't spring up. Location was not ideal as the public transport by train is expensive. If you have a big group, it will be better off taking Uber. But the neighborhood has good amenities like supermarket, restaurants etc. The host was responsive and made exception for us to check in earlier.

Adored our stay in this house - a perfect location for exploring London whilst enjoying the comforts of a home. Beautifully laid out and a very comfortable space to be in. The house is a credit to the owners who provided excellent information for everything we required. We would certainly stay here again when next in London.
