3 floors and sharp staircase, if you have had surgery knee / hip should be considered, bedroom adequate and if you have a large family this home is great , I didnt actuall manage to get Netflix working . the owner was super hepful with a small issue we had. This building is on a tight corner plot, on main road at night loud traffic noise. but didnt wake once asleep , but we are used to rural at home. utility room but we didnt use this, shower good. Centered only 8 minutes from main train station Maze Hill. short walk to obseratory and museum. on bus route outside.

Has a lot of shops around and easy movement

Plenty of space to sleep and move around the house

Putting water to bed side would have been so much better

1. The location was close to our daughter’s house 2. The agent Tim who helped navigate a refund due to mis-selling with there being no mention of stairs in the description

The stairs!!! Loads of them, as soon as you enter the property. No mention in the description which I really hope gets changed. The staircases were narrow, steep and winding and totally unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues, children or elderly. There are even steps down then up to the loo (terrible if you have to get up in the night) plus more steps up then down to the kitchen (rubbish when trying to carry cups of tea to the lounge). Only one loo also which would be challenging if you have a big group.
