It is spacious and clean.

Some of the furniture needs replacing and is very worn down. The bush on the driveway was very overgrown and made it very difficult and dangerous to drive in, out and getting out of the car.

mostly easy to get the keys from the lockbox but the door jammed a little

if there was someway to manage the heat on the top floor in summer, that room became a sauna, virtually impossible to stay up there during the day in 30 degree heat, perhaps an AC unit for that room as the windows act as a greenhouse

The view was spectacular! The small garden and the way the whole wall opened up was a bonus as it was very hot. Lots of windows to open to catch the breeze.

The kitchen was a bit sparse. A French press for coffee making and a cookie sheet would be a great addition. Ice trays. Garbage bag and another set of front door keys. The deck was kinda scary and Im sure they will get to it soon. An outdoor table and chairs? Also make sure folks know that this is a four story place. Lots of stairs! We were all fine with it but some of my friends would have been challenged. Also, it seems like a short ride to London activities but took almost an hour to get to anywhere, tourist spots.
