This is a luxury apartment of 72sq.m. It is located right at the back entrance of the Acropolis Museum, the entrance of the Parthenon and just 30 meters away from Dionysiou Areopagitou street and the Acropolis metro station.
It is an apartment based in the artistic inspiration of its own host. As soon as you open the door you immediatly get the feeling of an elegant yet graceful space. The apartment provides a living room, a balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom and a master bedroom.
The best part of the apartment is when the balcony door opens. By the time you get your foot outside the whole atmosphere smells like Greece. You have a straight view to the Acropolis. The spacious balcony includes a coffee table and two comfortable chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast with the best landscape of the city.
The living room is a place where you get the chance to relax and unwind. It includes two big couches and a hanging armchair, please note that both of the couches can turn into beds very easily. In the living room is also included a space with a dining table and four chairs appropriate for your pleasant meals.
Most of the materials are made of wood and styled spicily with an exquisite taste. In addition you can get updated on the news since a 40 inch TV is offered.
On the wooden table you will find information for the historic center of Athens, the Acropolis and other attractions, as well as a city map for your convenience. If there are any questions your host is always available to answer them for you.
Our kitchen can meet the expectations of the most demanding chef! Fully equipped with modern electrical and household appliances, it is made with luxurious marble and the cabinets are wooden. It offers: a stove and oven, fridge and freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave oven, an electric juice maker, a kettle, all cooking utencils, dishes, glasses and cutlery of all kinds.
The flat offers a deluxe marble bathroom with a bath tub which you can also use as a shower since a cabine of glass is provided. It also has a wc with the same marble luxury liner.
The master bedroom is decorated with selected harmonious cloth and it's ornamentation appeals to a peacefully hideaway.
** All structures, furniture, electrical appliances, linens, the decoration and the lighting are new, specifically since April 2017.
The flat has a large lounge area and corridors.

During your stay, you will enjoy being right at the heart of Athens, the Acropolis and the historical center, the world known Acropolis museum and the beautiful Dionysiou Areopagitou street.
You are just 2 minutes, walking distance from the entrance to Acropolis, the Herodion theatre (where most of the Athens Festival performances take place), the Zeus Temple, Plaka, Anafiotika, 5 min from the parliament, the National garden and next to the Acropolis hill.
The location is ideal for those, who want to explore the city by walking around the surrounding area of historic interest such as; Plaka, Monastiraki, Thissio, the ancient market of Athens, as well as the museum of Acropolis. Furthermore, within 1 minute walk from the flat you can choose from a vast variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy e.t.c. The close-by supermarket is open daily till 23.00 and one of the best bakeries in Athens is just across the street.

You are right in the Historical Athens center & everything is easily accessed on foot. Plaka (the old Athenian neighborhood), Monastiraki (a lively and vibrant downtown area), Ermou (the city's main shopping street) and Kolonaki (the high-end Athenian area for both day and nightlife) - to name a a few, are all destinations to keep in your agenda during your stay.
