Blue Paradise is a beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, three-bath cottage located directly across the street from the beach. Part of the Cottages at Lagoon Pass community, featuring a shared non-heated outdoor pool. Deeded beach access is directly across the street. Lagoon-front with limited Gulf and Lagoon views from the balcony.
Living Areas & Bedrooms:
• Access to the balcony is from the dining room
• Durable vinyl flooring is throughout the home
• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a Keurig. Dining area seats six, with four barstools for additional seating
• Stackable washer and dryer located upstairs
• Living area has a sofa sleeper
• Half bath downstairs; two full bathrooms upstairs
• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed with a stand-up shower in the primary bathroom
• Second bedroom features two twin beds
Outdoor & Amenities:
• Complex is located on the Lagoon with a pier and a dock
• Boat slips available on a first-come, first-served basis

Great house! It was clean and located in a wonderful area. Easy beach access. The dock with the porch swings were a huge hit with our toddler. Easy parking. Kitchen had all utensils. It does have a hair dryer in one of the upstairs bathrooms. Overall a great clean place to stay!

My family of four stayed at the residence for five days. We were in the area for a baseball tournament. The property manager communicated to us consistently via email and text upon arrival and throughout the trip. For the most part, the home was clean; however, here are some insights I would like to share with future renters: 1. the home is older than the pictures portray, 2. we kept finding random hair on the furniture and floor that wasn’t ours, 3. the washer/ dryer unit has a mildew smell and hadn’t been cleaned (there was powder detergent all over the agitator), 4. the living room furniture was dirty and worn, 5. the toaster oven was filthy, 6. I appreciate that a toilet brush/ plunger was in the bathrooms; however, they were left exposed and were old and dirty, and 7. the mattress covers for one of the twin beds needed to be replaced (urine stains were everywhere). Parking was a breeze; it’s under the unit. The residence is within walking distance to the beach. We didnt have a chance to check out the pool/ common areas so I am unable to provide any feedback on it.
