Lovely 7th floor with huge west facing balcony looks directly over the pool and the Little Lagoon due west....2 bedroom, master bedroom has sliding doors that lead out to the balcony, guest bedroom sports twin beds, den with pull out leather couch with queen bathroom with tub/shower remodeled kitchen with granite counter tops and white for 4 in kitchen area, as well as dining for 6 on the and both bedrooms have flat screen TV's....Located 3.3 miles west of hwy 59 at the Hang Out....2 night minimum stay year round.Parking pass purchased by guest at the on site office for 25.00..Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.

The sunset view is amazing! The white sand beach was BEAUTIFUL!!!!
The landscape, pool area and pier were wonderful.
The guest and residents were very friendly and helpful.
The beach is so close and the rinse off area was very nice too.
