This charming & updated 2 BR / 1.5 Bath townhome is perfect for your family getaway to the beaches of Gulf Shores. MBR is located in a small 16 unit complex located directly on the Bay & just across the street from beautiful WEST Beach. The unit includes 3 levels... 1) Private parking unit below for 2 cars; 2) Main Living: Living Room, Dining room, Kitchen & 1/2 bath; 3) 2 bedrooms & Upstairs bath.
Main Level

The Main Level includes a large Living Room with ample seating to relax and enjoy family MOVIE nights on the 65in HD TV. The unit includes premium Wireless Internet in all rooms. There is also a small work desk incase you need to work remote during your stay. The Living Room provides access to the back deck with a view of the Bay.
The recently remodeled kitchen is perfect for those evenings you want to stay in and enjoy a family dinner and avoid the crowds. BEST Kitchen in Crows Nest !!! You can also access the front deck just off the kitchen.

The bedrooms include 1 large BR that has 2 Queen Beds & a 2nd smaller bedroom with a Queen Bed. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished & includes a wall mounted HD TV.
Bay & Beach

Crow's Nest Guests have direct access to the Bay & the Crow's Nest Pier just steps from Murphy's Bay Retreat. The Beach is accessible across the road & steps away to the West or East of the complex. You can't beat the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS location.
* SLEEPING CAPACITY: Maximum 6 guests (STRICTLY enforced).
* GUEST PARKING:
* LIMIT 2 CARS per guest unit (STRICTLY ENFORCED).
* Parking passes must be displayed in vehicle at all times.
* All unit vehicles MUST be parked under the unit.
* NO Over-sized vehicles - since they will NOT fit underneath the unit.
* SMOKING POLICY: Murphy’s Bay Retreat is a completely NON-SMOKING unit including the decks (so NOT to bother nearby units).
* Excellent High Def CABLE TV & in unit WIRELESS INTERNET provided. You won't struggle to find your favorite channels much like a lot of those over-the-air products or access good internet anywhere in the condo!
