About this house rental
The house is situated in a very quiet place, 200 m from the beach and 600 m from the centre of the village, parking is provided in front of the house. The equipment is new and complete (bed 160 x 200, microwave, dishwasher, radio, flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI connection, Nespresso coffee maker, garden furniture, parasol, deckchairs, plancha, etc...).
The enclosed and independent garden has a bicycle shed. All the tenants are unanimous in their opinion that the place is very quiet...
Household linen is not included, however we can provide you with bed linen at the rate of 25 € for a double bed (160 x 200) and 20 € for towels and tea towels.
You can of course bring your own bed linen and towels, and if necessary, a baby bed is available free of charge.
We leave you to do the cleaning before your departure, otherwise a fixed price of 50€ will be charged.

Sehr nettes Vermieterpaar, das sich sehr bemüht hat.
Das Haus ist hübscher als auf den Fotos. Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass das Fenster im Schlafzimmer ein Velux-Dachfenster ist und so nur eingeschränkt gelüftet werden kann.

Un beau, propre, avec goût décoré appartement; perfectionnez juste pour deux. Si paisible dans un environnement de détente tranquille. Tour facile de cycle dans le village et la belle plage à la Conche et à une promenade courte pour observer le coucher du soleil à la plage locale (200 mètres). Une petite gemme et fortement - recommandé. De beaux centres serveurs - merci Patrick et Martine
