About this house rental
Located in the center of Ars-en-Ré (a village known as one of the most beautiful in France), close to all amenities (bakery, weekly market, bike rentals, restaurants, and a supermarket) and parking lots, our 70 m² house in Ars-en-Ré can accommodate up to 5 people.
A locked gate provides access to a small shared courtyard with our immediate neighbors.
On the first floor:
- a living room with TV, Wi-Fi, and Netflix (using your own login credentials)
- a bedroom with a 140-
- Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic stovetop, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, etc.
- Washing machine and dryer.
- High chair and travel crib available free of charge upon request.
Outdoor tables and chairs for dining outdoors if you wish!
Upstairs:
- One bedroom with a 140-size bed and a 90-size bed
- A small bedroom with bunk beds
- A bathroom: shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer
When you return from the beach—or at any other time—you can use the outdoor shower. A handy spot to rinse off the sand after a swim!It also serves as a second bathroom when the one upstairs is occupied…
Cleaning is included in the rate.
