It is a cosy clean home nearby the beatiful centre of ars en re.

A lovely house, spacious, very well equipped, clean.
Nice garden, large shared swimming pool, which was quiet.
Near to the beach, shops, harbour and cafes.
A beautiful island, flat, ideal for cycling.
Would go back to this house again, highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay here as a family of 5. The development is shared with a hotel and well maintained. We Appreciated the nice garden and good parking space. Pool area was lovely with two pools and ample sunbeds to use.
The host was very responsive and helpful if I had a question. Once I knew I could turn off the noisy vmc at night, that made a huge difference.
Beware of the very creaky staircase and unfortunately the previous ‘tenant’ had not cleaned the house well and we did find the sofa was full of dog hair and we could smell it for a couple of days - it was all in the hoover that hadn’t been emptied. Had to clean the damaged dish drainer before I could use it.
But overall we had a great time here and we’re sad to leave.

Excellent stay. The property is small but comfortable, with a driveway and garden area. The shared pool is gorgeous- clean and warm. The beach is at the end of the road, 5 mins walk maximum. Ars is slightly further in the other direction, as is the bike route. Will stay again- great find.
