Very nice studio very close to the beach and the Santa Monica Pier. Host was very friendly and studio very well appointed. We will be back. Thank you.

This property is great but when a vacation disrupting maintenance issue happened the owner pretty much expected us to deal with it and said we could contact VRBO to get a new place. We had no hot water from Saturday night til monday just before checkout.
