Trendy 2BD 2BTH Apt steps from Downtown Santa Monica!

Location was fantastic as were parking facilities, really good! Apartment has everything you need and balcony was a nice touch. Bed was very comfortable.

Things were a bit grubby, could do with a good clean. Oven needs a clean as when used, it smokes horrendously which triggers the smoke alarm - a good clean would solve this. Dust in corners, on top of doors. Hairs in shower. Soft furnishings were all marked

This apartment was tidy, pretty and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was pleasant, the bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the little balcony! The host was friendly and the location was really great. It's a short walk to the beach and close by to eateries, Target and CVS about 10 minute walk away. I also liked the use of the washing machine and dryer, although I did not use the dishwasher. Overall a recommended unit!

Unfortunately for part of my stay, the upstairs residents were incredibly noisy stomping around at odd hours. The host was very helpful and did convey my comments to the upstairs unit owner. That aside the stay was comfortable, and Santa Monica is a beautiful place to visit!

Property two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen facilities are good, location was central. It had parking underneath which was good.

Could hear the people in the apartment above. Sirens from the fire station nearby, bathrooms are a bit run down. It felt like it had been cleaned really quickly before we arrived and there was washing left in the machine.
