The condo was comfortable and welcoming, perfectly located for all that Santa Monica has to offer. It was well equipped, quiet and spacious with a lovely view of the beach from the window. Easy parking and access - everything was perfect! Our host, Tony, could not have been kinder or more accommodating. A wonderful place to stay!
It was warm inside (but it was an exceptionally hot week in LA)! We kept the curtains closed when out during the day to keep it cool.

La casa era molto bella e ben arredata. La posizione è ottima. le stanze erano ampie e c'era posto per tutti e tutto.
Purtroppo non era pulitissima e c'era un odore poco piacevole. Abbiamo poi capito che l'odoraccio c'era in tutto il complesso probabilmente ha problemi di fognature.

The property was in great condition!
Needs to have air conditioner in the living room. The heat during this weekend was insane and was to hot to be in the living room. Our host Tony was able to manage to have fans.

Great location on Santa Monica Beach with many activies and restaraunts in easy walking distance. Very safe and secure apartment complex. Comfortable beds. Host very responsive and helpful.
