About this house rental
At the foot of the village of Cadiere d'Azur, 4 minutes walk from the center, we offer this charming new T2 adjoining and independent of our house.
The housing of 35 m2 consists of a main room with sofa bed 160cm, flat screen 100cm, the kitchen is equipped with induction hob and oven nine.
The bedroom has a bed 160 cm and a shower and sink.
Independent toilet.
The accommodation is fully air conditioned with Wi-Fi access.
Sheets and towels are provided.
10 minutes from Bandol, its vineyards and beaches; 6 km from St Cyr sur Mer. The Paul Ricard circuit is 15 km away.
Owners on site, independent and separate housing.
We will be at your disposal to inform you during your stay.
The neighborhood is quiet, residential without being isolated.
Parking space and private terrace at your disposal.

We stayed here to attend the Formula 1 French Grand Prix, and with our premium parking pass, it was just 1/2 hour to Circuit Paul Ricard. VERY convenient, without the crowds of spots nearer the Circuit. Peaceful!
The apartment is spacious for 2 adults; the mattresses are passably comfortable; the apartment was very clean.
Note: the exterior photos clearly show the stairs ~ there is no handrail, so be OK with that.
Our helpful hints to the very kind owners / to the next people to rent here: - have it stocked OR guest brings when they arrive - extra toilet paper; kitchen wrap (plastic, foil, etc; paper towels; some coffee pods and sugar and cream, maybe a few food items in case guests arrive late & could not get to grocery store before arrival. A blanket per bed would be nice!
Another tip: instructions and map and list of local services ~ restaurants, boulangerie, grocery stores, etc - should also be provided in English & other languages as needed. :-)
