Bathroom, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Small, open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra). Electric heating. Terrace 13 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Access to the house is via 5 steps, access to the 1st floor is via 13 steps then access to the 2nd floor is via 14 steps.
