About this apartment rental
A true haven of peace, ideal for a couple or a family.
The apartment includes:
- a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed (which converts into a full double bed, 140x190, if needed)
- a bathroom with a shower and toilet
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed
- a private terrace with a table and a view of the pool and the hills
- 2 private parking spaces
It is attached to our house as well as to another rental apartment on our property, but is completely independent. Private terrace with a shade sail, a table for 4 people, and two lounge chairs, overlooking the pool and the hills.
You have access to the pool (10 m x 5 m), with a 6 m² shallow end, set in the middle of a 4,000 m² lot (2,500 m² accessible).
The pool is shared with other guests (our property includes another rental apartment) and ourselves.
As owners, we reserve a few hours of exclusive use during the day.
It offers a view of the pool and the hills, where you can admire magnificent sunsets.
Nestled among the vineyards, between the sea and the hills, it is located 4 km from Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques Beach, 4 km from the village of La Cadière-d’Azur, 15 minutes from the Calanques (Port d’Alon, etc.) as well as the coastal resort towns (Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, etc.).
There are many tourist villages in the area (Le Castellet, La Ciotat, etc.), and for wine lovers, numerous vineyards are nearby, ranging from 2 to 5 kilometers away. Ideal for a couple, families are also welcome (a travel crib and high chair will be provided upon request).
We designed this home to be a haven of peace and well-being.
Since the home is new, the garden is currently being landscaped. The plants have been set out, and in a few years it will be lush. We’ve made sure the pool and its surroundings are ready and inviting for your vacation.
We’re unobtrusive but available to chat and point out the region’s most beautiful spots if needed.
We provide everything you need to ensure a stress-free arrival (bed linens, towels, toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, etc.)

Je recommande ce logement. Il est très propre et décoré avec goût. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires avec en plus un petit présent de bienvenu. Et une surprise à l'arrivée, la vue sur la mer depuis le jardin ! Ce fût un séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons.

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement neuf, moderne, fonctionnel. Caroline était très disponible et à nos petits soins. Le cadre calme avec piscine est juste parfait. Avec une voiture sur place, tout est facile d’accès! Je vous le conseille vivement, vacances réussies garanties :-) !
