About this house rental
This property is truly a hidden gem, positioned in a lovely treed pocket of Inverloch with abundant bird life!
A fantastic beach side get away with ample space to be easily shared and enjoyed with family and friends and only a short walking distance to the Inverloch township along the scenic coastline via the walk / bike track to shops, cafe's, restaurants, farmers markets and parks (main park has a fantastic children's playground).
The local beach is only a short 450 metre walk and is located near Anderson's Inlet and in walking distance to the surf beach via the waters edge.
The property has plenty to offer with a separate living and dining area, kitchen with all modern appliances including a dishwasher. There are FIVE bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (main bathroom includes a lovely large bath tub), 4 toilets, an outdoor heated shower, large outdoor under cover decked area with a BBQ and outdoor dining table and chairs which is perfect for al fresco dining.
Games room: There is also a separate detached games room great for the whole family to enjoy with an 8 x 4 slate billiard table, dartboard, books, games, DVD"s and CD's, as well as a bar fridge.
The property has ample heating and cooling i.e. split system (reverse cycle) and ducted gas heating, ceiling fans and the added feature of an open fireplace to relax by in the colder months.
The 5 Bedrooms consist of:
1 x Bedroom with Queen size bed, walk in robe and en-suite
1 x Bedroom with Queen size bed & en-suite (private bungalow connected to main house by outdoor decking)
1 x Bedroom with Queen size bed
1 x Bedroom with Trio (double & single) Bunk bed, plus trundle
1 x Bedroom with Bunk single beds & 1 single bed
You will only need to pack your clothes and beach towels as everything else is provided, bed linen, doonas & doona covers, pillows & pillow cases, bath towels and bath mats.
The large open kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cutlery, drinking glasses, wine glasses and serving platters. Cooking equipment and mod cons; including a microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator and Delonghi Coffee Machine (coffee for coffee machine to be supplied by guests). Basic salt, pepper, Glad wrap, foil, dish washing liquid and clothes washing powder provided. LG Refrigerator 375 Litre.
The Laundry has a large washing machine and dryer.
For the baby there is a port-a-cot, one child's high chair, one small baby stroller, cot sheets and blankets, provided (if advised prior to your stay we are happy to set the port-a-cot up).
Enjoy listening to your own music on the blue tooth EU speaker.
While outdoors enjoy a BBQ while sitting out on the large sun deck under the modern Stratco verandah, there are two large pull down cafe curtains to allow enjoyment right through out day and evening.

We were delighted to find such a well stocked kitchen in terms of food prep. Many places that we have stayed do not tend to cater for home cooking for the number of people staying, whereas Coasters was abundantly provided for. The outdoor deck was sheltered and large enough for us all to share a meal there. With teenagers in tow, I was delighted to discover that the hot water didn't run out. What a great holiday for the whole family, with 3 cars parked off street and one on street. Thank you.

We had a great time at Coasters (again!). Great location, excellent facilities, lots of living space on the deck, in the games room, and in the lounge and kitchen area, so this place suits larger families. There's space for everyone, important for longer holidays. We love it here, and will be back again.

With three under 5s in our extended family it is hard to find suitable accomodation but this home had everything - cots, high chair - even a pusher. There were toys and games for the kids and plenty of room for everyone. With a pool table and games room it would be great for older children too. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could think of and lots of it. There is no wifi but lots of games and books. If you are travelling with littlies... the house is multi level (so we had a few missed steps) and we were a bit concerned that the deck is not fenced and it was high enough that it could have been nasty if one of the littlies had gone over the edge. Our hostess was a delight to deal with (and she tells me wifi will be installed shortly). Lastly... It's in a quiet back street so a drive or a good hike to the beach and shops but we had no trouble finding beach parking.
