About this apartment rental
Adult Only Property. This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the seventh floor, North end corner unit. Nice kitchen and soft colors make this a comfortable, accommodating end unit. Living room has TV with VCR and DVD player. It is also equipped with small stereo system which has a CD and cassette player. Master bedroom has a King and guest room has a twin and a full size bed. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience.
The balcony has a small table and two chairs, and because it's an end unit, a great view of the ocean and miles of sandy beach. All units at Amelia by the Sea are direct oceanfront with private balconies on upper units or patios on ground floor unit. Occupants have access to a 800 ft. private fishing pier and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit. This Condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 people!
4 day minimum required in the off season. During summer months, a minimum of 7 days required, with Saturday to Saturday stays only.

We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

We came in early on Wednesday to a nice clean condo with beautiful views of the ocean. Love the atmosphere here always calming being so close to the waves. We booked a condo this time on the top corner floor which had awesome views and a wonderful breeze through out the day. Love the gated parking lot and private pier and code for guest only. It does help keep the noise down in the condo area with the restrictions in place, plus peace of mind. Thank you for a great peaceful long weekend! We will be back!

Seventh floor meant apartment we enjoyed laughing gulls and pelicans flying by our balcony as we sat enjoying our balcony view of the beach and waves. Comfortable, sunny corner unit apartment. Didn’t use he attractive pool, but enjoyed walking out on the long pier. NICE STAY. WE’d love to do I again.
