Perfectly located on the beautiful white sand beach of Amelia Island, this elevator-serviced, top floor unit provides unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean, beautiful sunrises, with regular sightings of turtles, rabbits and visiting dolphin families. It oversees the uncrowded beaches, swimming pool and the only fishing pier on the island.
The living room comes equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player and a wide selection of movies. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, flat screen TV, and a clean, modern ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a shower. Both the living room and master bedroom host direct ocean views. The guest bedroom is furnished with 2 full size beds, a flat screen TV, and an adjacent clean and modern bathroom with tub and shower. The guest living area can be closed off to the main area, making it a private suite of its own. Other amenities in the unit include a full kitchen with new appliances, washer and dryer, cable TV and free, reliable WIFI.
A patio table with four comfortable chairs on your secluded, covered balcony gives you a peaceful place to eat, read, or sit and feel the gentle breeze while gazing at the ocean. This gorgeous condo will provide you with the perfect home away from home you are looking for.
Amelia by the Sea is a secure, gated community with open parking (two vehicles per unit). The expansive 800 foot pier is private to our guests, with no fishing license required. The complex has a beachside pool, community charcoal grills with outdoor dining tables nearby and two well-maintained tennis courts. Centrally located on Amelia Island, which is consistently rated as one of the top US islands to visit, you are just minutes away from the Historic Downtown of Fernandina Beach, Fort Clinch State Park and many other attractions, activities, parks, spas and fine dining restaurants. A favorite local restaurant serving lunch and dinner is located directly across the street and offers an array of fresh foods and island favorites, including homemade ice cream and smoothies. They offer plenty of indoor and outdoor seating often with live music or karaoke. The highly rated 27-hole Fernandina Beach golf course is just one mile away. We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.
The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The fishing pier is amazing, and oerall everything was excellent. Our only complaint, and it's a minor one, had more to do with the maintenance of the building. The poolside chairs and lounges needed cushions, and the groundskeeping (flower beds, etc.) could stand some improvement.
