This 6th floor Corner unit is a bright and sunny 2 bedroom, 2 bath treasure with miles-long views of the sand and sea! The northern views of the beach from the balcony are truly incredible! This end unit allows for extra special views and even more sunshine! The stocked kitchen has been newly renovated with beautiful cabinets and granite counters. Both the master bath and the guest bath have also been recently updated, including counter-height cabinets and quartz countertops. The master bedroom has a King Bed and large wall-mounted swivel TV w/cable. The guest bedroom is furnished with one Queen Bed and one Double Bed along with a small flat-screen TV w/cable. Living room has a large wall-mounted swivel TV w/cable, a DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa. Wi-Fi throughout the unit. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit has comfortable furniture and tasteful decor. The balcony is beautifully furnished, and an ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails!
This unit has a REME HALO advanced environmental air treatment system installed directly into the A/C duct work and this device advertises that it kills bacteria, mold and viruses.
Occupants have access to a private 800 ft fishing pier, tennis court, and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex. ABTS is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.
Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was all updated and nicely furnished. The fishing pier was a big draw and the beach didn't get too crowded. We were really close to most everything we wanted to do on the island. Recommend biking to Fort Clinch, kayaking on Lofton Creek, charter fishing with Amelia Family Fishing Charters, golfing, spa at the Ritz Carlton, and just wandering around Fernandina Beach. This is a wonderful place to visit!

The condo was perfect for a quick getaway. We loved the view and watched the sunrise every morning. The pictures on the website accurately portray the condo. The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture was comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice.

Absolutely beautiful condo, amazing views, and perfect location. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Our check-in instructions landed in the “Promotions” section of our Gmail so we didn’t have them (our mistake) and it was a challenge to get ahold of anyone to remedy. The check-in packet was there waiting when we arrived and we were able to get in without issue… but we were a little stressed leading into our vacation. Once in, we had a lovely week (our honeymoon) and made use of all of the amenities and benefits of the property. Thank you for allowing us to stay. We will most-definitely be back.
