****VERY IMPORTANT – Exterior Building Improvements- The building is undergoing exterior improvements through June 2026 weather permitting. The project is nearing completion, and current work is in a slightly less disruptive phase compared to earlier stages although noise is still expected during weekday working hours. Guests may notice activity such as noise, equipment, or dust between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday. No work occurs on weekends. Rates have been adjusted accordingly during this period.

Walking through the front door, the magnificent oceanfront views will immediately take your breath away. Natural light streams in across the entire wall of sliders filling the room with warmth and a picturesque setting.
The kitchen, dining and living area are all conveniently situated in an open floor plan overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The fully equipped luxury kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, stunning granite countertops, and a decorative white subway tiled backsplash. The kitchen opens up into the dining area with a large wooden farmhouse table complete with seating for six guests. Adjacent to the table sits a bar stool area with seating for three. The living area is beautifully furnished with a cream-colored sofa and loveseat all centered around an oversized flat screen television. Coastal blues and tans adorn this beautiful room creating a serene ambience.
Through the sliders sits the covered patio furnished with a high-top table with seating for four as well as two comfy wicker chairs. The large community pool sits directly in front of this ground floor villa giving it an unparalleled view of the entire pool as well as the ocean. Walk directly off of the back porch right to the pool or straight down the boardwalk to the beach!
The Master bedroom is just off of the living area and includes a king bed, a flat screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower. The master is beautifully appointed with coastal décor complete with an ocean view and sliding glass doors connecting it to the outdoor patio.
The second guest bedroom across the living area is equipped with a full bed as well as a full over a twin bunk bed. The third bedroom features a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms have access to the second bathroom right across the hall.
Amelia by the Sea offers an array of amenities. Well known for it's exclusive private fishing pier, Amelia by the Sea is host to the only pier on the entire island. We loved the direct ground level access to the beach. The place was very clean when we arrived. We had plenty of space. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay here. The location of this condo is perfect for easy pool and beach access. It's so nice to be on the main level and makes transporting stuff to and from the beach very easy. Our kids also loved being so close to the pier and our boys spent lots of time fishing. The place was very clean and we were super impressed with the management company. They called us before our visit to check in and went above and beyond to look out for something we left behind. Their communication was fantastic. It was our first visit to Amelia Island but we would definitely return.

The property is in a terrific location. As pictured the complex pool is just a few steps from the patio. The beach access is not much further....merely a few more steps. The beach is super with a wide strand of soft white sand even at high tide.
While the pictures are fairly accurate, the property is showing more wear than is revealed on the listing. Upholstered furniture and carpet could be cleaned. The patio is a bit cluttered by the overflowing bin of beach chairs and toys. The building exterior is showing some age. And the parking is tight.
The kitchen was well stocked although some of the contents were overlooked by the cleaners.
Well furnished. A great starter kit of supplies. Comfortable bed. Little noise disturbance from the pool or neighbors. Updated bathrooms.
In the afternoon, the building blocks the sun providing shade into the evenings...making the pool and all outdoor space to the building's rear cool and comfortable even in the July heat.
I would recommend but would also like to see a little more cleaning done.
