About this house rental
The Rose Garden, one of the most beautiful regions of Cape Coral, offers a lot of variety. In addition to bars, restaurants, barbecues and small shops in the Tarpon Point Marina, you can take bike tours and walks here. In the middle of this wonderful region is the Villa Summer Breeze, located on a wide canal with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The house convinces with its high-quality furnishings as soon as you enter it. On the right side of the house is the master bedroom with own bathroom as well as a guest WC with access to the pool area. On the left side of the house are the two guest rooms with the other bathroom. The large, well-equipped, west-facing pool terrace invites you to linger. In addition to extensive sunbathing, you can enjoy your valuable leisure time to the fullest and in the meantime look for cooling in the pool. From the large boat deck you can take adventurous boat tours in the Gulf of Mexico with a rented boat. The beaches of Sanibel, Captiva or Fort Myers can be reached quickly by boat. In the evening, a stop at the Tarpon Point Marina or Cape Harbor is worthwhile to moor by boat and to end the evening in peace.

We welcome you with a starter kit: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, a kitchen roll, a small hand soap in each bathroom, a small disinfectant, dish washing liquid and some dish washing tabs, fresh dishcloths and brushes and enough tea towels.
The rent is valid for an occupancy of up to 4 people. Each additional person will be charged at the displayed price. Children up to 3 years are free.
We charge $0.16 + tax per kilowatt hour for electricity costs. The units are determined on arrival and departure by photo of the electricity meter.
If you are not present at the agreed check-in or check-out time without cancelling, we have to charge $50 for our additional work time.
For insurance reasons we do not rent boats, bikes or kayaks. However, there are numerous rental options. Our on-site team is happy to help.

This house has a beautiful view. We really enjoyed watching the boat on the canal. The home is very nice, but the furniture in this house is very uncomfortable! The sofa, chair, and the master bed are incredible broken down! It was a long week of being uncomfortable.

We loved the view at the swimming pool and the greeting of manatees and dolphons. We loved to watch the boats going in and out in the morning and evening. Very beautiful house and all the appliances and utencils are high quality ones. We loved staying in this property
