This breathtaking Vacation Rental Home is located in one of the most desirable areas of Cape Coral. Within walking distance to Cape Harbor with their excellent restaurants Rumrunner and Fathoms as well as the Marina. This property sits on a southern facing semi corner lot on a direct sailboat access canal. The property itself is two stories and features 3 bedrooms as well as 3 full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The den features an office desk as well as a pull out couch and comfortable seating. The vaulted ceilings of this two story home make the living room feel massive. Enjoy the intersecting canal views from the large kitchen with a built in island or the large living room which features comfortable furnishings and a great entertainment system. The main bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. From the main bedroom one can reach the pool outdoor area directly through a sliding glass door. The two guest rooms and another full bathroom along with an upstairs den featuring a TV as well as a sitting area are located on the second floor. Sit, relax and just breathe while enjoying breathtaking views from the upstairs balcony.
The large kitchen with a huge center island is perfect for cooking family meals, that can be enjoyed either in the formal dining room or out on the patio.
The glass front doors bring in plenty of light when arriving at your vacation retreat.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
There is even an outdoor kitchen with a grill outside for those who may wish to indulge in a cookout or two while staying at this magical location.(Outside kitchen built in barbecue only for Owner use, Guests do have a standard Gas BBQ available to them during their stay.)

This stay was one for the books. It was great from the start. Easy check in and out. I've never stayed at a place so well stocked. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the pool/spa, but also being right on the channel, we were able to easily go out on the boat and enjoy the big water. The property manager was quick to respond and address any issues we came across. I would recommend this place and stay again.

Beautiful home. Bedrooms are big and comfortable. Beautiful outdoor pool and view with a convenient outdoor bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped only needed a cutting board which we bought and left. We did have to buy toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags, bar soap and dish soap as home came with very limited starter supply but usually to be expected. The pool was a bit dirty and there were no pool cleaning crew that came during our week stay. However that didn’t stop us from having a great time and enjoying the home. The location and neighborhood are great. We would stay again.

On this trip it was my husband, my 21 yr old son and myself. We stayed 9 nights Friday to Sunday. We really enjoyed this home. We did have 1 day when the hot tub didn’t work but we texted management and they came out right away and the hot tube was working within a few hours. We fished off the dock out back and caught quite a few fish that we threw back. We spent every day in the pool. There were a lot of nats in the pool in the mornings but we would just skim the pool ourselves each morning, which we didn’t mind at all. We’ve stayed at several different homes in Cape Coral over the years and this is a normal thing for the area. Loved the filtered water in the fridge. We ate at Lobster Lady a lot and really enjoyed the Local farmers market on Saturday. Barunch has an amazing menu. We ate there several times and Amore Italian bakery was our favorite place. Amazing sandwiches and sweet treats. The neighborhood is very peaceful and clean. We walked to the marina one day and checked out the shops. Publix grocery store is just a few miles away. This was a very relaxing vacation. We ended each day in the hot tub and slept great. The only thing I could complain about is the bed in one of the guest rooms that my son slept in was kinda hard and uncomfortable and we were charged an additional 100 for electricity. I would think they could have included that in the overall rate. But these things are definitely not deal breakers for us. We’d come back again.
