About this villa rental
This villa offers all you could wish for: Located in Cape Coral's beautiful SW Area in walking distance to Cape Harbour, the villa is facing south and has an idyllic view across the water. Watch dolphins and manatees pass by and play. Boaters will appreciate the excellent boat location near the river without bridges.
There is lots of space on the two floors and the pool deck area. Enjoy the heated pool with whirlpool or use the BBQ Grill for great meals. The pool is operated without chlorine using a modern, skin-friendly salt technique.
The Villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms providing enough space for two or more families. The master bedroom with the ensuite bathroom is located on the first floor, as well as the living room with the open kitchen and a bathroom you can also access from the pool area. The living room has recliner sofas to relax and watch TV on a big screen with a surround sound system for movie theater vibes.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare delicious meals. In addition it has a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules).
On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, one with the balcony. Another bathroom with shower and tub is located there as well. Every bedroom is equipped with a TV.
Numerous inside and outside areas offer ideal refuge places for everyone to relax.
In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage. There are also 2 kayaks available to explore the area from the water.
The first-class location of Villa Plantation should also be highlighted. Within walking distance is Camelot Park with free tennis courts, BBQ stations/pavilions and a beautiful playground. Directly nearby is Cape Harbour, the modern and beautifully landscaped marina with several restaurants, an ice cream parlor, live music in the evenings and much more. Always worth a visit! A supermarket (Publix) and some restaurants are also within walking distance.
We highly recommend you to rent a boat !! There is no boating license necessary in Florida and the boat rented from us will be right at your own boatdock to discover the beaches for example around Sanibel and Captiva. Dolphin sightings guaranteed. After your house booking you can set up a boat rental with us. We do have our own boats for rent.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted outdoors.

The house was perfect for our family including the pool and location. When we had an issue with an appliance not working they offered a solution right away. The canal was beautiful with all the manatees.

Beautiful, peaceful location with all the conveniences of home away from home. Grocery store was 1 mile up the road so it made it really easy to stock food for our stay and cook out on the grill in the evenings!! Shopping and restaurants are close as well and it’s only about a 40 min run from the house to Sanibel & Captiva Islands to enjoy all the shells!
We also loved the ability to rent a boat too (Thank you Skipper Florian!!!! - Can’t say enough good things about you so here’s a huge shout out to you for making our boat rental an amazing 1st experience) Loved having the dock right at the house too, short run up to Rumrunners restaurant and shops with free docking and easy spot to fuel up before heading out to the Gulf for the day or even just to cruise the canals - manatees & dolphins were wonderful bonuses!!!
We will definitely be coming back for another stay :)

From the moment we walked in the house we could tell this was something special! Immaculately clean, beautiful views of the canal, warm inviting pool and spa! We loved the master suite. Took walks everyday to the marina. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this property to anyone especially families.
