Ideal for your holidays this charming independent ground floor house of 60 M2 located in a quiet area.
Living room overlooking an enclosed garden with trees and flowers of 200M2 facing south / east with private parking, barbecue, garden furniture. Comfortable kitchen. 2 bedrooms with 2 large 140 cm beds. SDB with shower and WC.
Equipment: TV, Wifi, Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine.

You are 5 minutes walk from the city center, sandy beaches, hiking trails, the marine aquarium, the sea forum (seawater pool at 30 ° spa relaxation area Tennis, Sailing school , Restaurants.

Emplacement idéal, proche des plages et des commerces, tout se fait à pied. Marie-Anne est une hôte très sympathique, et la maison pleine de charme et très entretenue. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter.

Appartement agréable, bien conçu et confortable. Accueil bienveillant. Seule ombre, pas de wifi, indétectable sur smartphone et sur PC portable. Problème qui n'a pas pu être résolu. Etant arrivés 2 jours plus tard, partis 3 jours plus tôt, nous n'attendions pas de remise, mais pas non plus à se voir demander un surplus pour du linge de maison alors que nous avions apporter le nôtre, et que nous avons payé aussi les frais pour la literie que nous avons utilisée partiellement. Un détail améliorerait notablement le confort de l'appartement, une garniture de toilette correcte car celle existante donne l'impression d'être en camping.

Accueil agréable par la propriétaire. Logement propre et très bien localisé pour accéder au commerces et aux plages. Logement humide et frais qui nécessite du chauffage.

Emplacement idéal
Petite maison bien agencée, un petit peu sombre et humide mais conforme au descriptif. Le jardin est très agréable au calme. La propriétaire est accueillante et disponible. Le gros plus de cette location est son emplacement, proche de la mer, des plages, des départs de randonnées et des petits commerces locaux, tout se fait à pied! On recommande :)

Logement très propre bien équipé proche du centre et au calme. Ne conviendrait pas à des personnes de plus d'un mètre 80 car le plafond est bas. Propriétaire avenante et prête à rendre service.
