Set in a private, enclosed garden with no direct neighbors, the house features a kitchen, a living room, 4 bedrooms—one on the first floor and three upstairs—and a bathroom.
Ideally located, you can walk to the town’s shops, the market every Monday, and the Forum de la Mer (a seawater pool heated to 32 degrees).
From the house, you can set out on foot to explore the coastal paths and discover the famous Breton granite formations…
Nearby attractions include: Perros-Guirec (5 minutes away—thalassotherapy, casino, numerous shops), Lannion, a city of art and history (market on Thursdays), and Pleumeur-Bodou, home to a Gallic village and a planetarium…

Excellent séjour, nous reviendrons 😉 Très agréable maison super bien équipée avec un beau jardin fleuri. Emplacement parfait à une rue de la mer et des belles balades parmi les roches de la côte de granit rose et à 5 min à pied des commerces. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux et vos bons conseils, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans votre maison.
