Had a fantastic stay here. House was lovely, really well furnished & in a great location. 5 mins walk from the beach, 5 mins walk to shops and town. Check in was easy with good communication even though we didn't speak French and our hosts didn't speak English but we managed fine. Would come back again

The best gîte/cottage we have had in France, in 45 years of travelling there. It is modern, bright, cheerful, warm (when the weather is cooler), cool (when it is sunny), and well-equipped (kitchen, furniture, entertainment). And what a garden! Your own pink granite, great garden furniture, excellent planting. Good position - food shops (5 minutes), the beach (5 minutes), panoramic view of Trégastel (5 minutes), super U (5 minutes in the car). Paul and Martine were helpful and friendly; and have paid great attention to the detail of getting this right.

This property is, without exception, the best self catering house we have stayed in. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully clean and equipped for a very special holiday. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and the coast path, also close to the centre of Tregastel. The hosts, Paul and Martine were extremely welcoming on our arrival. We plan to return next year.

Wir (Paar, 50-60 Jahre alt) hatten dieses Ferienhaus im Mai 2022 für 9 Tage gemietet. Das Haus ist wirklich so schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist. Die Ausstattung fanden wir überdurchschnittlich gut. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man irgendwann einmal benötigen könnte. Ansonsten gibt es genug bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen, großer TV (auch mit der Möglichkeit einige deutsche Sender zu empfangen), WLAN und zusätzlich noch einen Grill mit Holzkohle. Diverse Spiele (auch für draußen) und zwei Fahrräder die wir auch benutzen konnten waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Es gab auch einen Wäscheständer mit Klammern, der fehlt sonst bei den meisten Ferienhäusern. Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd usw. ist alles top.
Bei unserer Ankunft war alles makellos sauber, das Haus ist auch erst geschätzte 1-2 Jahre alt, also in einem super guten Zustand.
Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes, sehr schönes Duschbad mit Toilette, zusätzlich ist noch eine Gästetoilette vorhanden. Wir baten im Vorfeld darum dass in beiden Schlafzimmern die Betten bezogen werden, dies wurde ohne Probleme gemacht und so konnten wir uns aussuchen wo wir schlafen möchten und konnten auch einmal getrennte Zimmer benutzen.
Der Garten ist sehr schön, tolle Terrasse mit zwei Sonnenschirmen und sehr bequemen Stühlen und Liegen, gut gegen Wind geschützt dank der Lage des Hauses in der kleinen Hügellandschaft. Die riesigen Felsen im Garten geben dem ganzen noch ein besonderes Flair. In der Nachbarschaft sind nicht nur Ferienhäuser sondern dort leben auch ganz normale Einwohner von Tregastel, es war sehr ruhig, kein Verkehr durch die Lage in der Sackgasse einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
Die wunderschöne Küste mit mehreren Buchten und Stränden ist lediglich einen kleinen Spaziergang entfernt (max. 10 Minuten). Einen guten Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt es fußläufig entfernt, einen richtig großen Supermarkt mit Tankstelle erreicht man mit dem PKW in ca. 5 Minuten.
Creperie und Restaurant sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, wir waren dort allerdings nicht zu Gast, Montags ist ein großer Markt im Ort.
Paul und Martine waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Übergabe hat auch ohne entsprechende Sprachkenntnisse dank Übersetzungs-App gut geklappt.
Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Très jolie maison moderne, très bien décorée, très bien placée au calme dans une impasse, très bien équipée, proche des jolies plages de Trégastel. Terrain atypique.

On a pssé de merveilleuses vacances dans une maison parfaitement aménagée. La maison est tres tres belle. Il ne nous manquait rien. Merci beaucoup a Paul et Martine pour leur accueil chaleureux - les biscuits bretons et le cidre etaient délicieux. Sur ce chemin encore une cordiale salutation a Paul et Martine.
