Sembrava di essere in un castello!

Peccato solo a parere mio magari di mettere il frigo e i vari accessori (bollitore, microonde) in un mobiletto per non rovinare lo stile favoloso della camera.

Struttura molto confortevole , colazione top

L’emplacement, le calme nocturne et la communication.

La douche n’était pas propre. Un tas de cheveux et de poils au sol dans la douche ! De la moisissure sur le bas des murs et au sol. Et en plus, celle-ci n’était pas étanche et donc la salle de bain était vite inondée… Le petit déjeuner de piètre qualité. Et le rapport qualité / prix excessif pour les prestations …

The location is lovely, the decor is strange

No one informed us that it the day we arrived was carnival day in Castell'Arquato and that the closest we could park was half a mile away at the bottom of a very steep hill which we then had to climb with our luggage (we are in our 60s and 70a - this is no joke) as opposed to the parking opposite the hotel we had been promised (and I cannot believe that carnival day in Castell'Arquato was a surprise to the owners - they should have informed us). The concierge was hardly any help - and he blamed the owners. Our restaurant booking had been changed and the bar next to the hotel pumped out very loud music until gone 10pm. None of this has left us well disposed to the property. The rooms were cluttered (and a bed without a bedside table), there was no one there to welcome us and the wifi didn't work.
