Our villa, Casa Marcos, is located in a quiet neighbourhood, just 275 metres from Alcúdia's white sandy beach. Moreover, you will enjoy beautiful views of a natural lake, where you can engage in kayaking and water sports, adding excitement and fun to your beach days.
The location of the house is unbeatable, as it is just a 5-minute walk from restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and other services. You will have everything you need within reach for a comfortable and convenient stay.
The Marcos House has a spacious dining room, where you can relax and enjoy pleasant moments in a cosy atmosphere. The spacious kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary, will provide you with the opportunity to enjoy the experience of cooking during your holidays. Of course, the property is equipped with WIFI, satellite television and a cold and hot air pump in the living room and in two bedrooms, so that you feel at home at all times. On this first floor you will also find a complete family bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor, you will discover the 3 comfortable, spacious and elegant rooms of our magnificent holiday home. A spacious double bedroom with a 150 x 190 cm double bed and balcony, a twin bedroom with two comfortable 90 x 190 cm beds, and another double bedroom with two comfortable 90 x 190 cm beds. Also on this upper floor, you will find a fully equipped and complete bathroom with bathtub, bidet, toilet and hairdryer, for your comfort and privacy.
Moreover, Casa Marcos has a private garage where you can store bicycles and kayaks, if you wish to explore the surroundings and enjoy outdoor activities.

even we had A/C heating the temparature in the first 4 days was too low.
And also on the pictures the house seems to be new, but these photos might be 20 years old. The fues jumped out nearly every hour, even the housekeeper tried to repair it.
But everything else was ok. The check in was also ok.
But all the shops and restaurants in the area are closed.
