Aire acondicionado insuficiente, muchas cucarachas aunque vi que entraban de fuera, no es culpa del anfitrión, camas y almohadas incómodas, necesita una puesta a punto, en general, compartir entrada principal con el chalet vecino, por intimidad no me gustó tener que hacerlo

Nice, spacious house near the sea. The location is perfect, beach just 50m away. Close to the shops and restaurants and Port Alcudia. House for a very well equipped. It has everything for comfortable stay.

A bit outdated furniture in bedrooms, big bathroom and kitchen need renovation.

The apartment was almost right at the beach which was wonderful. We got a quick answer from the office when we had something to ask. The neighborhood was peacefull and the apartment was big.

The apartment was really hot! There was an AC but it didn't really cool of the bedrooms only the hallway. The WiFi stop working many times. One time the owner of the house came to fix it and after that it was okay for a little while but then stopped working again. The beds weren't that comfortable. My friend got big electric shock from the electric kettle! The iron handrail leading to the roof/balcony was broken/loose and thereby really dangerous.
