We had a perfect stay at this beautiful house. The location is simply unbeatable – one of the most beautiful beaches on the island is just 100 meters away, making it easy to enjoy the crystal-clear water and stunning scenery every day. The house was spotlessly clean, perfectly furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made it ideal for our group. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment of our holiday. We would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in Alcudia. We would definitely love to come back!

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet und das an dem schönsten Strandabschnitt von Alcudia! Schönes eingezäuntes Grundstück, perfekt mit Hund. Das Haus war sehr gemütlich und sauber! Preis/Leistung sehr gut... .

Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Es fehlte ein Wasserkocher und eine Pfanne. Vielleicht könnten die Töpfe einmal ausgetauscht werden. Alles andere war super... .

First of all the host were very kind and helped us with everithing we needed, even if we didn't met in person. Only comunicating via booking chat. The house is 3 min away from Alcudia beach. It has private parking in the court yard. It has all the kitchen appliances like dishwasher, oven, microwave, cooker, esspresor, laundry washing machine, freezer and all you need for cooking and eating. Nice terrace with dinner table and beach lounges to rest. In the court yard there is an outdoor shower to wash the sand from the beach and also an external bathroom with shower, toilet. The soundproof windows are very good. They insolate very well the sound from outside.

It doesn't have air conditioning and window nets to stop the mosquitos, but there are double windows that are limiting the mosquitos entering the house. Also there were some mosquito repelent devices. Even if the barbeque is mentioned in the facilities, this is not present because the host explained there were some complaints from the neighbors.
