This exclusive luxury villa is located just above Loule in a relaxing countryside location with both country & coastal views. This 4 bed villa sleeps 8 and has 2 shower rooms and 2 bathrooms with air con throughout.The villa is set on a 3000mts plot with 2 electric gates, High speed fibre internet with 1 Gbps download speed, landscape gardens complete with a walk in heated pool it also has a children’s play area.The property has a games room with an arcade machine with 3000 games' pool table, table tennis football tennis, machine,dart board,Wii,PS4,, 50 inch TV with Meo tv etc.The property has a large spacious living area with a state of the art kitchen and a 75 inch LCD TV complete with DVD players, Sky TV package includes; movies; sports channels.Bedrooms have 32' TV'S MEO tv package with children’s channels.The kitchen area inside the villa is finished to a high standard & comes equipped with all modern appliances. An outside fridge is situated by the BBQ area for alfresco dining. There is a fifth bedroom which is owners apartment this is closed and not for rental.

Check in was easy with a great set of instructions. The security of the villa is amazing we felt safe and secure at all times.All the villas facilities were amazing and of the highest quality, it was great for the kids to be able to play in the games room and us knowing there safe. Overall it's a 10/10 from us and we'll be back most definitely.

Well equipped, beautifully clean and presented villa.
Stunning location with views out to the sea
Host extremely responsive.
Only thing to bear in mind is there are no essentials left in the villa beyond toilet rolls.
Not the owners responsibility to provide but most other villas we have stayed in have had ‘leftovers’ from previous guests to save buying store cupboard staples.
Didn’t detract from the holiday at all. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

10 jours au top en Algarve. Belle maison bien agencée et bien équipée. Seuls bémols: la zone de jeux des enfants est fatiguée et mériterait un coup de neuf ! Et les parasols de la zone piscine sont fatigués aussi.
