We have stayed in many villas in the same area over the last 14 years. Although we enjoyed our stay we have a few points that we would have expected to be provided or at least informed of. On arrival there was nothing at all provided in kitchen, not even salt or pepper.
there were no cleaning materials eg sprays or cloths
there were no utensils to use for the bbq.
we could not get the tv to work, all in German
we did have a good holiday but was much more expensive than previous stays that had far superior facilities. Over priced in our opinion as we paid 1200 euros more this year for less

The hosts were very friendly and responsive and allowed us early check in when our flights were changed which was very much appreciated. Lovely house and pool area and very clean but a little tired looking in places. Would benefit from a few cupboard basics for those first few days ie dishwasher tabs, bin bags, salt and pepper, cooking oil. Great location for shopping, beaches and algarve attractions.

Location great, pool great. View great, Villa clean inside no welcome package very dated needs uplifting, beds uncomfortable, shower drain needs looking at keeps flooding while having showers, hot Water hit and miss, pool table needs replacing, not enough sunbeds for 8, all furniture and TV are old, I would rate this villa at 5/10.
