La ubicación.. que es grande y que a pesar de ser un apartamento antiguo es correcto, si bien no es para tirar cohetes, es más que correcto para hacer una parada y pasar unos días en el Algarve.
Hay un inconveniente, te piden una fianza por internet, sin que te especifiquen nada de lo que cubre o no. Y cuando llegamos al apartamento se veía que había varios desperfectos anteriores. La devolución de la fianza se produce tras 7 días de irte de apartamento. Eso provoca que puedan cargarte cualquier defecto anterior o posterior s tu estancia, ya que no recibes ningún tipo de especificación escrita de los desperfectos existentes. Así que puedan decidir quedarse con parte de la fianza. Está mal pensado y es perjudicial para el que alquile.
