Kind staff, good location, comfortable bed, clean bathrooms
It is cold in Leh. Enclosed sitting and eating areas are not comfortable and chilly

--> The cafe area was brilliant. Also liked the fact that it was multi level. I could easily take my calls from one level while other level i could connect and meet with new people
--> The staff was lovely and helped us in various aspects
--> The variety of food on the offering and the ease which was there in everything was lovely
--> You get a clean open view of the mountains and Shanti Stupa from the terrace cafe. The overall vibe is so lovely
--> Small niggle, the size of bathroom in the premium room was not that great. But it is just a small one, rest all was good.

Restaurant food was good
But you could hear the pager going off every time someone ordered. Nice views. They stored my bag for free and safely for 5 days while I did the Markha valley trek.
THE NOISE! Oh my gosh. Party/ music until late and renovations (grinder) going until 9pm. Sooooooo loud, every night. Would not stay there again- I changed to a homestay instead. I had to sleep with earplugs. Also, that first photo is AI.
