Grand appartement belle vue . Remontées d’odeurs et problèmes d’évacuation dans les salles de bain/sanitaires. La chambre au Rdc non fermée par rapport au salon n’était pas mentionnée. Bon séjour dans l’ensemble.

In January 2019 we travelled as a group of eight people to ski the Grandvalira area.
This terrific top floor apartment suited us very well – it is well maintained, is comfortable, has plenty of space, is well equipped and is warm with loads of hot water for the baths and showers. There are good views across the valley towards Soldeu and the mountains beyond.
It is just a 3 minute walk to two excellent restaurants – C’an Pep and Borda del Rector. Both offer warm hospitality, outstanding cuisine and extraordinary value for money (just as we found wherever we ate in the Grandvalira area (when compared to the Alps). And Soldeu is only a 20 minute walk up the hill to the fabulous Cort del Popaire restaurant.
The apartment is an easy 2.5 hour drive from Toulouse - we hired cars and drove across. This meant that each day it was straightforward to use the car to go 5 minutes down the hill to El Tarter - to park and pick up the skis from the Sport Calbo ski lockers and get skiing.
Our thanks to Juan Antonio for his help in making this a marvellous first visit to Andorra.

Dit is een warm appartement met een nooit uitzicht en vlak bij de piste en bij een bushalte. Er zouden theoretisch 12 mensen kunnen slapen, maar ik raad aan om met maximaal 6-8 personen te verblijven. Er zijn tien bedden en een slaapbank voor twee personen, maar het wordt lastig om met z’n allen dan nog gezellig aan tafel te eten. Bovendien is de keuken dan te klein (wat ons betreft). Het toilet in de aparte badkamer boven heeft weinig druk, dus daar dient rekening mee gehouden te worden. Wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad in dit appartement en Juan en zijn vrouw zijn zeer toegankelijk. Een voordeel is dat er ook een wasmachine aanwezig is en de auto kan geparkeerd worden in de garage (als je tenminste geen dankoffer hebt).
