Equipment quality, very nice amenities.
Interior: Two lounges, open double-sided tape to fire, an office, three bedrooms. All rooms opening onto the terraces, garden and pool.
Dining room with fully fitted kitchen.
Exterior: Large terraces facing south-south is one covered, facing the village of Séguret and Montmirail. Roman swimming pool with electric cover and outdoor shower in a walled garden with many species of Provence.
Garage and private parking.

William's house is wonderful! The view from the backyard is the most beautiful view I have ever seen in my life! So special to see this every day! The pool is great, lots of backyard chairs, lounge chairs, and tables. The kitchen is well equipped and we loved sitting outside for meals. The area is quiet, the beds are comfortable, there is plenty of space in the house and it has every amenity you need. The village of Seguret is a 5 minute walk away and it is one of the most beautiful villages in France! We have been to France many times and our stay at William's house stands out as our favorite of all! I would love to come again, everything was just perfect. Thank you WIlliam!

Great house on a great location

Great house on a great location

We stayed here for 10 days in early May. Unfortunatly we started with 3 days of rain and clouds.. But then the weather showed her good face and the sun came out. The house was clean and everything works.. The pool is lovely and is heated to 28 degrees wich is lovely. The garden is a work of art, flowers, trees all trimmed with precision. Sitting in the garden you look at the village on the hill and the rocks is a view you never get tired off. There are plenty of sunbeds and parasols and are all in great shape, nothing broken . Also there is airco in all the rooms, but we did not needed that now.. Beds also fine, wife thought they were too hard. I liked them, because i fitted , normally my feed stick out on holidays.. Privacy is great, there is a road next to the house but because the house is above that nobody can see you and the road is not busy. Plenty of stuff to visit, Mont Ventoux is 30 min drive, Orange 30 min, Avignon 45 min. And then all the little villages which are closeby. If you like wine you are in the right place also, vineyards eveywhere. Gorges the Nesque are a mustsee, i found it in one of the books the owner has in a Bookshelf, also plenty of maps and restaurant tips for the renter. Next time i will bring my bike but i need to practise more before i can climb Mont Ventoux.. Thx for staying Gr. Menno and Liesbeth (from Holland)

La maison est très belle, la décoration choisie avec beaucoup de goût et on trouve assez d'équipement. La vue sur Séguret et ses alentours est impressionnante. Le jardin est un régal pour les yeux. Merci pour l'accueil chaleureux.

Une belle maison, bien équipée et avec vue exceptionnelle sur Séguret. Piscine chauffée, c’est très agréable. Belle région où on peut faire de belles promenades. La maison est près de bons restaurants: La bastide bleue et Le Mesclun.

Cadre idéal pour se détendre, se reposer et visiter la région. La situation géographique permet de profiter d'un calme reposant ainsi qu'une vue merveilleuse sur Séguret et les dentelles de Montmirail. Les villes et villages alentour sont pleins de charmes !!! La villa est très propre, bien équipée et agencée, beaucoup de rangements et d'espace. La décoration intérieure est soignée et n'est pas impersonnelle. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et la piscine idéale . Il y a même un garage qui permet de garder la voiture à l'abri de la chaleur . Bref toute la famille est enchantée de notre séjour dans cette magnifique villa située dans le Lubéron

Als alte und erfahrene Ferienhausmieter in Frankreich haben wir hier zwei herrliche Wochen in einem perfekten Haus genossen. Der Ausblick auf die umgebenden Traubenfelder, Obstbäume, Zypressen, das alte Séguret am Hang ist überwältigend. Der wundervolle Garten umrahmt den schönen Pool mit seinem angenehm temperierten Wasser. Für Erholung und Stille ist die ruhige Lage der Villa sehr geeignet. Wir können diesen Ort allerwärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Restés 10 jours dans cette maison, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Au calme, particulièrement bien située si l'on veut faire la route des vins, visiter les environs ou se reposer tout simplement. Les commentaires précédents sont tout à fait vrais et je rajouterai qu'en plus de l'entretien tout à fait appréciable, on a aimé la piscine chauffée !!! Et merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité de la personne en charge de nous accueillir !

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en juillet 2015, dans un endroit calme et reposant. pour les amoureux du vélo que ce soit sur route ou VTT vous trouverez votre bonheur. Vous pouvez aussi profiter des nombreux marchés provençaux et des différents sites à visiter comme les Dentelles, Vaison, Orange, ... . la villa est très spacieuse et dispose d'un confort très appréciable en cas de chaleur (climatisation), piscine chauffée, terrasses ombragées, jardin arboré et entretenu.

Nous avons séjourné 4 semaines dans cette villa spacieuse, bien décorée et bien équipée. Nous avons profité des sentiers de randonnée à proximité, visité des vignobles et découvert de magnifiques villages. Cette location est toute aussi idéale pour se reposer que pour rayonner et découvrir les environs. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et pensons y retourner. Il faut bien dire aussi que l'accueil est chaleureux et que tout est pensé pour qu'on s'y sente bien!
